Annika trained at a London Theatre School and upon graduation she was soon off around Europe working in theatre shows and then started a long period of work on top cruise liners for P&O and then later for Thomson Cruises. She was lead female vocalist in the show-team on-board, singing her way around the world.
Returning home to Ipswich in the summer of 2011 to focus her energies on a career on home turf Annika began singing with Essex-based show band Velvet Touch.The time came for her to invest in her own state of the art PA equipment and she is now performing as a solo artist all over the the UK. She also performs guest spots with "AbbaMax" , the UK's top Abba tribute, on-board Royal Caribbean Cruise ships all over the world. Annika has also just finished touring the UK's Top Theatres with 'Neil Sands Productions' as one of his lead vocalists. She performed in popular afternoon shows, "Happy Days" & "Remember When At Christmas" touring theatres such as the Manchester Opera House and Mansfield Palace. New for 2014 Annika is one half of "Rubik's 2" - a foot tapping 80's female tribute show.

I have had the pleasure of booking Annika four times for my local show (showtime nights). Each show she has topped our bill, and been an ultra professional. It would be fair to say, I don't think my show would still be around if it wasn"t for her. Her manner in which she arrives promptly, and her pleasant manner is lovely to deal with. She lets fellow acts use her equipment and nothing seems too much trouble. Vocally, I have always found her amazing, whether there are 10 people in a room or 100, she always gives 100%..I think her cd is top quality and should be on sale in shops, I"d advise anybody watching her show to purchase one.
